At Wanderlust Counseling, my core mission is to meet each client where they are on their unique journey towards mental and emotional well-being. I understand that every individual’s life experiences are distinct and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to addressing stressors and mental health concerns. My philosophy is grounded in the belief that every person is an exceptional individual, deserving of care that is tailored to their specific needs. I am committed to creating a safe and supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my practice is grounded in a client-centered approach.
I specialize in guiding teens and adults through the diverse landscape of life transitions, work/life stress, active crisis, and the complex spectrum of emotions. My expertise extends to providing support for depression, anxiety, ADHD, navigating trauma, grief, and the intricate dynamics of relationships, including communication barriers.
I convey a strong focus on understanding and championing the unique journeys of the LGBTQIA+ community. In addition, I provide a supportive space for those exploring ENM/poly relationships as well as offer specialized assistance for bariatric surgery patients.
My expertise lies in assisting individuals navigating current crises, addressing past trauma, and managing everyday life stressors. I aim to serve as a supportive presence for my clients, offering a fresh perspective, presenting problem-solving strategies, and guiding them with unwavering respect.
In our work together, you can expect a warm and non-judgmental environment. Confidentiality and ethical practice are the cornerstones of my services, ensuring you feel safe and supported. Whether you are seeking change, looking to heal, or simply need a listening ear, I am here to support your path to well-being.
